Co-investment

For a small number of transactions each year, we invite select private and institutional investors to co-invest alongside Hollands Team.
Participants benefit from our proprietary diligence, sourcing relationships and ongoing portfolio monitoring. Co-investment is conducted on a deal-by-deal basis with no management fees or carried interest at the co-investment level.

Identification
Opportunities are sourced through our sector networks and proprietary relationships. Initial screening against our investment framework determines whether we proceed to full diligence.
Diligence
We conduct independent and primary-source diligence: financials, competitive positioning, technology architecture, leadership assessment, customer references and legal structure.
Co-investor Matching
Where participation is appropriate, we introduce the opportunity to a small number of trusted investors. Every participant is assessed individually for suitability and long-term orientation.
Stewardship
We monitor positions continuously and provide periodic updates to co-investors. Hollands Team acts as a single point of contact between the investor group and the portfolio company throughout the holding period.
